You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office through effective coordination, communication, and administration.

About the Role
As the Executive Support Officer, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and the broader Office of the President and CEO. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
This is an 8-week contract opportunity, ideal for a proactive administrator who can quickly integrate into a busy executive office and provide immediate support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and the Office of the President and CEO.
  • Coordinate meetings, executive briefings, committees, and events, including preparation of agendas, meeting papers, logistics, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and administrative processes to support efficient office operations.
  • Liaise confidently with senior executives, committee members, external stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgement.
  • Support event planning and coordination activities as required by the executive office.
About You
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an administration, executive support, or executive assistant role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Why Apply?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-driven organisation where your expertise and organisational strengths will directly support senior leadership and contribute to meaningful outcomes. You'll be part of a collaborative and professional environment where your contribution is genuinely valued.
