Join a Big 4 Professional Services firm as a Customer Service Administrator on a 4 month ongoing contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a switched on and self-motivated professional with a strong Customer Service and Administration background who enjoys working in a fun, collaborative and vibrant team.

The role overview:
  • Location, is based in stunning corporate offices in the CBD 
  • Working hours, Full time Monday- Friday between 8:00am-6:00pm, with NO demand to stay late or work weekends.

The role:
  • High profile remediation project in Melbourne CBD
  • High volume claims processing with fast turnaround time required
  • Action emails in a timely manner that are allocated to you by your team leader
  • Inbound and outbound calls to clients and other internal stakeholders to gather key information 
  • Record findings in a detailed report
Experience needed:
  • Administration experience within a large Bank, Superannuation or Insurance organisation is essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work to deadlines
  • Outstanding data processing and analytical skills
