- Multiple shift patterns available to suit your lifestyle - 7am-3:30pm, 9-5:30pm, 2-11:30pm - with overtime for late shifts!

- 18-20% shift loading for working evening/weekend shifts (weekends rarely required).
The role will include, but not limited to:
- Provide strong customer service over the phone
- Identify fraudulent transactions, and complete investigations in a timely manner
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Use your analytic skills to uncover trends and patterns
- Adapt to a range of different situations and circumstances to give a great customer experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a call centre environment is highly desirable
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a great phone manner
- Ability to analyse data and spot patterns
- Self-confidence and able to work autonomously
- Great problem-solving skills & attention to detail
- Confidence when using systems
- This role would suit a student who would like to work outside of their university timetable
