Job Description

We are currently looking for 4x switched on and hardworking candidates to join our client in a fast passed Inbound Customer Service role. 

These roles are to start Monday 2nd January for 3 months, but possible temp-perm for the right person. 

The role overview:
  • Location, is based in stunning corporate offices in the CBD - only a short walk from the train station. 
  • Working hours, 38hpw Monday- Friday between 8:00am-6:00pm, with NO demand to stay late or work weekends EVER.
  • Training, You will have in depth structured training
  • Team, although you are working for a Global company you will be working with a collaborative team of 10 members, who hold monthly social activities. 
  • Management, you will learn from the best, working for a motivating and supportive Management team

The role:
  • Taking Inbound Customer service calls and Queries 
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Logging all details

  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication skills
