MAYDAY is currently looking for 5X switched on and driven candidates to join our large global insurer, managing Claims and customer service queries for short-tail personal injury claims.
These roles are to start immediately for 2+ months with a genuinely strong chance to go permanent and progress with the client afterward.

The role overview:
- Location, The role will be based in their stunning QLD CBD offices, our client would like all people applying to have the ability to work from home if requested -this role will be onboarded remotely.
- Working hours, Monday to Friday - 37.5-hour shift 8.30-5.00pm
- Pay, $33.64 per hour plus super - weekly pay!
- Training, You will have in-depth structured training for 2-4 weeks which will take place virtually.

- Strong possibility to go perm/extend with the client
- Manage inbound claims lodgments
- Providing customer updates regarding their Personal Injury claims
- Data Processing, including updating customer personal details
- Use multiple systems/programs for admin tasks
- Provide excellent customer service
- Log all details and interactions
- Attention to detail with a customer service focus
- Previous phone-based customer service/call centre experience
- Previous claims/insurance experience is highly desirable
- Must have own laptop and phone
- A valid police check would be desirable
- Must be immediately available to interview early next week and be able to provide 2x work references
