Job Description
The roles will are to start immediately on a 6 month fixed term contract to help them through a busy time.
The role overview:
- Location, is based in stunning corporate offices in North Sydney Area
- Working hours, Monday- Friday between 8:00am-4:00pm, 9:00am-5:00pm
- Training, 3 weeks of full training provided

- Immediate starts
- Working Holiday Visas welcome, however must have a full 6 months on visa.
- High volume data entry lodging customer details
- Take inbound customer service queries
- Respond to emails
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience working in a call centre environment
- Experience working in Banking and finance or insurance preferable
