Job Description

Our client is looking for multiple switched on and hardworking candidates to join them in their expanding team.

The roles will are to start immediately on a 6 month fixed term contract to help them through a busy time. 
The role overview:
  • Location, is based in stunning corporate offices in North Sydney Area
  • Working hours, Monday- Friday between 8:00am-4:00pm, 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Training, 3 weeks of full training provided 
  • Team, great culture working with a friendly and collaborative team.

  • Working Holiday Visas welcome, however must have a full 6 months on visa.
The role:
  • High volume data entry lodging customer details
  • Take inbound customer service queries
  • Respond to emails 
Experience needed:
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience working in a call centre environment 
  • Experience working in Banking and finance or insurance preferable
