- Provide a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination, to support the effective operation of the team
- Collect and compile information for, and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and business requirements
- Complete routine financial transactions and purchasing services, ensuring compliance with business standards and procedures
- Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required
- Update and maintain records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate and stored correctly
- Experience in the administration sector is required
- We encourage candidates with customer service or retail experience to apply, as we potentially have other roles for you too!
- Experience in using Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to integrate into a close-knit team environment
- Candidates must be able to commit to the required duration of the assignment
- Candidates must be able to pass a full background check
- For this role, our client requires candidates to be double vaccinated for COVID19, unless they can't due to a protected attribute such as a medical condition
