- Working hours: Monday- Friday office hours
- Training: Full training and onboarding provided

- Reception duties
- Responding to and directing calls and emails
- Book travel and accommodation
- Organising meetings and event logistics
- Liaising with key stakeholders on administrative support matters
- Supporting with expenses
- As required, support the broader project administration team
- Experience supporting C-Suite level administration
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks to strict deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to operate independently and use initiative whilst being able to operate within a team and contribute as require
