MAYDAY Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a Administrator to join a well-established and continuously growing company based in the CBD.

The role will be temporary for 4-8 weeks, but could possibly lead to longer term work.

The role will include, but not limited to: 
  • Complete Claims Compliance and Admin activities
  • Provide High level of Customer Service to Clients and Customers
  • Supporting Claims officers as requested
  • Processing payments 
  • Action emails 
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
The perfect candidate will have:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be proactive and use initiative
  • Customer Focused – with genuine desire to help people
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Good with Data Entry 
  • Ideally experienced within Workers Compensation, Insurance or Health background
