MAYDAY MAYDAY!! We are currently recruiting for a string Administrator with intermediate excel skills to work within a small HR team across all their administration and reporting needs. This is an International Client and a Hybrid position, this exciting role will see you working across a number of HR aspects with a focus on Reporting on People Metrics!!

This role will see you support 3 Senior HR Business Partners and their client groups as well as supporting the HRD on all HR Projects and Initiatives..

In this role you will:
  • Manage all HR Administration & Coordination across the employee life-cycle
  • Manage the HR Inbox and liaise with managers and employees on HR queries
  • Complete reporting & analysis for business units across all HR metrics
  • Drive compliance within the organisation
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Solid Admin/ Coordination experience 
  • Intermediate Excel skills - V Look up & Pivot table expertise
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to details 
  • Ability to manage multiple prioritises and time management
  • An advocate in change management
