Job Description

MAYDAY are delighted to be recruiting for a high level Company Coordinator to join a prestigious Asset Management company, who provide support to high net worth individuals.
This role is to provide pivotal support to the Owner, as well as an office of 7, in Personal Assistant duties, Office Management, but primarily the coordination of the companies main assets, including a private Jet, Yacht and multiple million dollar properties.

The role  
  • Manage and coordinate the company assets including a Charter Jet, Yacht, Helicopter and million dollar properties
  • Ensure the smooth running of a small office based in North Sydney
  • Provide Personal and Executive Assistance to the Owner
  • Organise and logistically ensure all company assets are maintained and managed to an exceptional level
  • Coordinator complex calendars in line with the business needs
The ideal candidate
  • Someone with previous EA or OM experience
  • Looking for a meaty and diverse role
  • Happy to do tasks for the business whether it be stocking a fridge to liaising with high level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in building relationships and rapport at various executive levels
  • Dynamic, pro-active and fast paced
  • Exceptional communication skills
