MAYDAY Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a Workers Compensation Assurance Risk Lead to join a well-established & continuously growing company based in the Sydney CBD. This brand new opportunity will see you partner with Interstate Stakeholders across Workers Compensation, you will play a pivotal part in this division to create and develop a risk framework for their claims.

The Role:
  • Develop the risk & compliance operational program, & implement across the business 
  • Monitor & test processes to ensure service delivery reaches best practice standards
  • Ensure compliance is met with all operational, legislative & regulatory requirements
  • Provide reporting & insights on compliance & performance metrics
  • Work closely with senior leadership to confirm risk management priorities, & create effective handling & mitigation strategies
  • Assist with initiatives to build new skills & behaviours
  • Identify training needs & assist in the delivery of training programs for quality standards, operational, legislative & regulatory requirements
  • Coach & guide team members on compliance matters
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong experience within workers compensation claims/ case management
  • Understanding of risk and best practice relating to claims
  • Ability to partner with the business and drive operational compliance
  • Looking for part time working hours 3 days per week
