- Monitor & test processes to ensure service delivery reaches best practice standards
- Ensure compliance is met with all operational, legislative & regulatory requirements
- Provide reporting & insights on compliance & performance metrics
- Work closely with senior leadership to confirm risk management priorities, & create effective handling & mitigation strategies
- Assist with initiatives to build new skills & behaviours
- Identify training needs & assist in the delivery of training programs for quality standards, operational, legislative & regulatory requirements
- Coach & guide team members on compliance matters
- Strong experience within workers compensation claims/ case management
- Understanding of risk and best practice relating to claims
- Ability to partner with the business and drive operational compliance
- Looking for part time working hours 3 days per week
