You will play a pivotal role in supporting the company Sec with high-level administration support

What will you be doing?

Provide all-round administrative assistance to Company Secretary
Prepare Board papers and manage the distribution of documents
Complete monthly board-related invoicing, tracking & reporting
Assist with indications of board members

The Person

Be the heart of the office with a positive cultural contribution
Must be an advanced user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc
Demonstrate enthusiasm and be proactive
Pay attention to detail by completing tasks thoroughly
A valid police check would be desirable
This role requires the successful candidates to be fully vaccinated
