About the role:
Prospecting to businesses of all sizes and cultivate relationships
Convert sales with decision-makers often at C-suite level
Successfully manage and overcome objections
Full management and ownership of your sales pipeline which will encompass varying lengths of sales cycles
Liaise with the wider team and company to ensure every customers' requests are fulfilled, providing an outstanding customer experience
Source your own leads by cold calling, networking, emailing and client referrals.
The ideal candidate:
Comes from an telephone based Sales or BD background
Has the hunger and persistence to close sales with a longer cycle
An effective communicator with the ability to influence decision making
Previous Sales experience in Events, Software, Real Estate or Recruitment is desirable
A minimum of 3 years Sales experience
