In this business development role, your responsibilities include: 
  • Consulting with mid-sized businesses regarding their financial goals
  • Prospecting for leads in industries that you enjoy
  • Owning the sales cycle end-end
  • Conducting a ‘Needs Analysis’ to understand how a prospect’s business operates financially
  • Providing financial solutions to decision-makers such as CFOs
  • Closing the sale
  • Both cold and warm calls
  • Office BDM role; phone-based sales
  • This is a new business acquisition focused role
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have experience prospecting for your own leads & pipeline management, owning the sales cycle end to end
  • Understand ‘Needs Analysis’ and know how to ask probing questions
  • Financial acumen is advantageous
  • A hunger for success
