MayDay are delighted to be recruiting for a driven and enthusiastic Call Centre Manager to join a growing team.

Due to the current growth this is a newly created opportunity for an individual who is motivated and inspired to manage a team and take their success to the next level, growing the business and achieving KPI's.

The Role:
  • Managing a team of 16 consultants 
  • Coaching and mentoring the team to maximise performance
  • KPI management (self and team) to ensure targets are met
  • Identifying knowledge gaps and training requirements within the team
  • Improve and enhance the customers experience
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience managing a team in a call centre environment
  • A people-person who loves to contribute to a sense of community
  • Happy to get involved and help out during busy times
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate your team
  • Pro-active, personable and highly motivated
