  • 7 hours per day, equal to 35 hours per week
  • Shifts will be 5 days, across Monday to Friday
  • You will work the same shift time-slot for 1 month before changing
  • Appropriate training provided to give you the knowledge you need to do the job fantastically
  • There will always be something to do in this fast-paced environment
  • Enjoy a varied role where you are able to take on new, exciting challenges as they arise
The Role:
  • Managing a team of 15 call centre agents 
  • Coaching and mentoring the team to maximise performance
  • KPI management (self and team) to ensure targets are met
  • Identifying knowledge gaps and training requirements within the team
  • Improve and enhance the customer's experience
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience managing a team in a call centre environment
  • A people-person who loves to contribute to a sense of community
  • Happy to get involved and help out during busy times
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate your team
  • Pro-active, personable and highly motivated
  • Government experience is preferred but not essential
