MAYDAY are excited to be recruiting for a motivated and experienced Change Specialist to support a busy Government department located in Olympic Park.

What's in it for you:

8-month contract with an immediate start
$900.00 - $1,000 per day + Super
Split between Sydney Olympic Park and working from home
Full time, 40 hours per week
Support and advise managers and supervisors to lead their teams through change

Key Responsibilities:

Provide change deliverables and communications for changes in procurement, timesheets, project management, cost allocation and budgeting for operational staff
Work closely with other Change Specialists, Senior Change Leads and key stake holders
Continuing detailed change impact assessments with business stakeholders, SMEs and functional consultants
Document business readiness activities and report on progress
Ensure user role mapping is maintained and support business leaders to understand staff learning journeys
Review and support training
Develop Sustain and Embed plans

You will need:

2 Years SAP Change Delivery experience
Programs of work in end to end change management programs
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Knowledge and experience of change management methodology and approaches
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
