The role overview:
- Location, Sydney, CBD. This role will be predominately in the office with the occasional opportunity to work from home.
- Working hours, Monday to Friday- 8.30-5 pm 37.5hrs per week.
- Over time, There may be rare occasions for some Overtime Work (weekdays/weekends), but this will only be by exception. Hours may vary whilst in training (8.30-4.30 pm)
- Pay, $37.93 per hour IOS-weekly pay!
- Training, You will have in-depth structured training which will take place on-site.

- Laptop, Own laptop is required for this opportunity, no MacBooks.
- Manage inbound customer service queries regarding claims & insurance
- Processing claims lodgments
- Arrange assessments & repairs for damage
- Updating customers on how their claims are progressing
- Managing confidential data professionally
- Previous phone-based customer service/call center experience
- Previous claims/insurance experience is highly desirable
- A valid police check would be desirable
- Must be immediately available Immediately, due the nature of this quick process and must be able to provide 2x work references
- Must have a laptop that you are able to use for work purposes
