The role...
- Provide exceptional customer experience over the phone and via email
- Manage a portfolio of personal injury claims
- Liaise regularly with medical professionals
- Review medical files
- Manage team inbox and delegate accordingly
About You...
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- An ambition to develop a career in the insurance industry
- Ability to be proactive and use initiative
- Customer focused – with genuine desire to help people
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- High attention to detail, and excellent time management
- Knowledge/experience in Claims, Accident & Health Claims or Travel Claims is highly desirable
