MAYDAY Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for an experienced and professional Client Relationship Executive for one on our prestigious Insurance clients, they are well established and are a continuously growing company based in the CBD and looking for their next team member to compliment the team in this exciting time of growth to manage a key group of clients across the state.

The role will include, but not limited to: 
  • Create and deliver General Lines Insurance growth and retention strategies for current clients
  • Grow and develop current account portfolios across all Insurance lines
  • Partner with client groups to advise and create insurance awareness
  • Providing a high level of service and advice to clients relating to risk and insurance requirements
  • Supporting the Senior Leadership Team in delivering service and advice to major clients
  • Providing guidance and act as a mentor for Client Relationship Executives as required
The ideal candidate will have:
  • General Insurance- International Broking or Broking background (advantageous)
  • Technical Underwriting background from a multinational
  • The ability to advise current client group on risk and gap analysis creating organic growth across all Insurance lines
  • Tier 1 & 2 Compliant - Certified Insurance Professional
  • Ability to collect, analyse and present information back to Senior Stakeholders both internally & externally
  • Initiate and drive process and continual improvements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail, and excellent time management
  • Ability to be proactive and use initiative
