MAYDAY is delighted to be recruiting a Client Service Officer for a growing Australian Insurance Company based in the Melbourne CBD. In this exciting role you will be assisting in a fast-paced customer service role, with opportunity to grow your career in the business supporting the wider business.

• $30.49 per hour, plus super

  What will you be doing? 

• Liaise with claimants and assist with phone queries

• Managing emails and delegate to relevant colleagues

• Process invoices

• Provide exceptional customer experience over the phone and via email

• Data Entry of files and documentation

• Liaise with internal and external stake holders and maintain effective relationships

• Other administration duties as required

What experience will you have? 

• Strong Microsoft Office skill, and confident technical ability 

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work within a team and Manager that work remotely

• Drive and passion in your work

• Adaptability to change
