What will you be doing?
Liaise with claimants and assist with phone queries
Managing emails and delegate to relevant colleagues
Provide exceptional customer experience over the phone and via email
Data Entry of files and documentation
Liaise with internal and external stake holders and maintain effective relationships
Other administration duties as required
What experience will you have?
Strong Microsoft Office skill, and confident technical ability
Strong communication skills
Ability to work within a team and Manager that work remotely
Drive and passion in your work
Adaptability to change
