- High volume Data Entry of files and documentation
- Assist with phone queries, and taking messages
- Managing emails and delegate to relevant colleagues
- Provide exceptional customer experience over the phone and via email
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and maintain effective relationships
- Other administration duties as required
- Open to entry level candidates who exhibit an eagerness to learn
- Previous customer service experience desirable
- Strong Microsoft Office skill, and confident technical ability
- Previous Insurance experience a bonus!
