Job Description

MAYDAY are delighted to be recruiting a Client Service Officer for a growing Australian Insurance Company based in the Melbourne CBD. In this exciting role, you will be covering a 5-6 month maternity leave contract with the possibility of extension.

  • $58,000 - $65,000 Package (this will be pro-rata'd to the hours you work)
What will you be doing? 
  • Managing emails and delegate to relevant colleagues
  • Process invoices
  • Provide exceptional customer experience over the phone  
  • Data Entry of files and documentation
  • Liaise with internal and external stake holders and maintain effective relationships
  • Ensure filing is complete and up to date
  • Liaise with claimants and assist with phone queries
  • Other administration duties as required
What experience will you have? 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skill, and confident technical ability 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team and Manager that work remotely
  • Drive and passion in your work
  • Adaptability to change
