This role is based in Sydney CBD however a hybrid work model will be available.

- Manage legal agreements with clients to ensure that compliance processes are adhered to
- Handle sensitive and complex enquiries, guiding customers on next steps forward whilst providing confidentiality and empathy
- Act as a hands-on leader to support and guide a small team of staff
- Take ownership of logistical planning to ensure that the service is executed in the most time and cost-effective manner
- Support clients and customers in completing required documentation and paperwork, ensuring that this is managed in internal databases
- Act as a point of escalation for junior members of staff
- Work with the Manager of the team to identify issues and problem-solve
- Experience in customer and client service at a senior level is essential, particularly with experience in leading a small team
- Experience in NSW Government, Insurance or the Medical sector would be extremely beneficial
- Great organisation and coordination skills would be beneficial
- Must be able to commit to the required duration of the assignment
- Must be able to pass a full background check if required
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- For this role the client requires candidates to be fully vaccinated, unless they can't be due to a protected attribute, such as a medical condition
