About the role:
  • Accountable for the growth of your assigned client portfolio 
  • Increase the number and quality of our mass relevant offers for your portfolio of clients
  • Create integrated quarterly plans with your top 10 client’s
  • Regularly present and share post-campaign analysis with your client portfolio
  • Host regular meetings with your top-performing clients
  • Work with senior managers in the team to plan and execute all marketing activities
  • Ensure campaigns are executed in a timely manner
  • Support sales team in cross-selling Cashrewards product’s 
  • Required to manage technical and operational support for clients when necessary
  • Attend client and company meetings
  • Support junior team members in the execution of admin tasks
  • Answer client emails shared from the Freshdesk inbox
  • Onboard stores from our network partners
  • Liaise and gather information/documentation from networks 
The ideal candidate:
  • 2+ years marketing / sales experience delivering on business objectives
  • Demonstrated history of working within either loyalty, retail, e-com and technology space
  • Self-motivated and solutions-focused
  • Strong campaign management skills with ability to navigate technical issues that may arise
  • Experience with hands-on tools including all affiliate networks, Asana Excel & BI
