- Project plan and organise the ANZ Medical Education Events, Training Programs, Digital engagements as well as assist in Commercial training roll outs
- Develop an end-to-end project plan covering logistics, internal stakeholder and external 3rd party vendor co-ordination for all Medical Education Projects and Events
- Organise and run all events including trade shows, road shows, conferences, training and education events
- Ensure compliance with all appropriate internal SOPs, policies and guidelines
- Travel when required for Medical Education Events and Projects and mange on-site logistics as well as ensuring exceptional customer experience
- Liaise with local, regional and global internal and external stakeholders
Apply if you:
- 3 + years experience in Events Management
- Previous experience within the Pharmaceutical & or Medical Devices industry
- Tertiary qualifications in Events Management or Business Administration or equivalent
- Knowledge of the Medical Aesthetics or Facial Aesthetics industry preferred
- Has the ability to take ownership and see projects through to completion
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Competent in Word, PowerPoint, Excel as well as CRM systems and Event Management systems. Experience in Registration systems preferred.
