The role:                                                                                                       
  • Lead the sales strategy, execution and ongoing tracking & performance of partnerships with top retailers and brands.
  • Develop and negotiate enterprise partnerships.
  • Support / coach the team and manage them towards the goals, targets and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong retail stakeholder networks. 
  • Manage the sales funnel and operations across the partnership team.
  • Pipeline ownership of enterprise acquisition targets including regular domestic travel.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven experience in successfully leading strategy and teams in partnerships, enterprise sales and business development.
  • Experience in the online, technology, consumer products and or retail industries is essential.
  • Excellent relationship building, social and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer focused and and resulted oriented.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive others to succeed. 
  • Previous experience in closing large, complex partnerships.
  • Ability to exceed and excel within a changing environment.
