About the role:
  • Ensure all candidates are compliant before starting work
  • Manage placements, contracts and new starter packs
  • Assisting with marketing duties such as merchandise, website maintenance, social media updates and performance
  • Work with IT for technology needs 
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Manage a high-volume inbox
  • Generate new contract agreements
  • Identify process improvements relating to the contract engagement and management process
  • Book travel and accommodation
  • Support the sales team with any leads that you find
  • Support a team of 7 consultants
  • Train the team on compliance best practice and social strategy
This exciting opportunity would be suitable for someone who has:
  • Experience within a contractor care environment or a resourcer/ recruiter looking for a change
  • Experience within a recruitment environment favourable
  • Excellent communication skills with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to review processes and drive change initiatives
  • Ability to lead initiatives and pass on training to the wider team
