This role will be reporting to the Head of Retail Sales Support and includes managing three incredibly successful and driven sales teams (30 people in total).

The role:
  • Mentor and grow your teams’ strengths and abilities
  • Assist your team leaders to achieve their best – develop their skills and provide quality, actionable feedback
  • Monitor KPIs for QA, sales, productivity and risk awareness
  • Manage projects and provide valuable ideas and input
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Assess customer satisfaction and retention levels, and ensure continuous improvement
  • Implement sales strategies as advised by department head
  • Assist HR team with recruitment of new staff
  • Conduct yearly performance appraisals

  • Has managed a call centre sales team
  • Brings strong decision-making skills
