About the role:
Generate contracts using templates provided
Follow processes and procedures and develop new processes as needed – both internal and client
Act as one of the key points of contact for employees throughout their contracts
Communicate with clients, procurement, and other external stakeholders
Liaise with the Finance Team regarding payroll and invoicing queries as well as P&C and commercial team.
Assist ad hoc projects and tasks within the Commercial Team
The ideal candidate:
Experience within a contractor care environment or a resourcer / recruiter looking for a change
Experience within the recruitment industry is preferred
Strong administration background
Excellent communication skills with a can-do attitude
Ability to review ‘as is’ processes and drive change initiatives
Highly detail-oriented, excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
Awareness of legislative requirements relating to contract assignments and the placement of contractors
