Job Description

MAYDAY are delighted to be recruiting an experienced Concierge  for a well-known Facilities Management organisation. On-site with one of their biggest stakeholders! 

This role is a temporary position with a view to go permanent.

What will you be doing?
  • Be the face of the organisation and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Administrative tasks as required
  • Maintaining the office and facilities 
  • Managing room requests and visitor logistics
  • Maintaining office equipment and communal areas and general upkeep
What experience are we looking for?
  • Polished presentation and impeccable customer service
  • Warm and friendly personality
  • A proactive attitude
  • Prior experience on a corporate reception desk
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with problem-solving aptitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft application (Word, Outlook)
