Job Description

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join a well-known insurance company based in Melbourne CBD. This is a 3-week temporary opportunity with the potential to be extended.

What will you be doing?
  • Be the face of the organization and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Administrative tasks as required
  • Managing room requests and visitor logistics
  • Maintaining office equipment and communal areas and general upkeep
What experience are we looking for?

  • Polished presentation and impeccable customer service
  • Warm and friendly personality
  • A proactive attitude
  • Prior experience on a corporate reception desk
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with problem-solving aptitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft application (Word, Outlook)
