Job Description
This exciting role will be based at reception in a small team working closely to provide excellent professional support and assistance to the organisation and its 30+ legal professionals. There are various marketing projects in the mix with the day to day tasks. You will be based on reception, first impressions count as in this role you will be the first point of contact for senior stakeholders.
You will be jointly responsible for:
- Answering phone and taking messages
- Greeting clients and legal professionals
- Coordinating meeting room requests
- Administrative tasks as required
- Maintaining the office and facilities
- Diary Management
- Assisting with marketing and business development ideas & strategies
- Updating the website, social media accounts and sending out invitations and mail outs
- Assisting with events
- IT proficiency
- Strong concierge experience as you will be meeting and greeting senior stakeholders
- Experience in a corporate, fast paced environment, handling high volume calls and taking messages
- Diary management experience
- Experience assisting with the marketing of a business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with problem-solving aptitude
- Tech savvy and problem solving ability
- $70,000 - $75,000 + super
