MAYDAY Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for one of Australia's largest and well known Insurance companies to join them in their Dispute Resolution department. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Inbound Complaints Handling
  • Providing exceptional customer service, to really connect with the customer and turn a negative experience into a positive one
  • Manage and resolve issues with internal and external parties
Skills & Experience:
  • Confidence to efficiently handle and manage complaints and Customer Queries 
  • Excellent customer service
  • Preferably experience in Insurance or Banking and Finance
  • Have sound analytical and decision making skills
  • Immediate Start date
  • Great team culture
  • $38 per hour + Super
  • Join one of Australia's largest Insurance companies
  • Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
