Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Inbound Complaints Handling
- Providing exceptional customer service, to really connect with the customer and turn a negative experience into a positive one
- Manage and resolve issues with internal and external parties
- Confidence to efficiently handle and manage complaints and Customer Queries
- Excellent customer service
- Preferably experience in Insurance or Banking and Finance
- Have sound analytical and decision making skills
- Immediate Start date
- Great team culture
- $38 per hour + Super
- Join one of Australia's largest Insurance companies
- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
