Job Description

We are recruiting for multiple Customer Service Reps with excellent communication skills for a government project in Newcastle. We are looking for candidates that truly value their customers, and makes it their duty to provide the best service possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • First line of inquiry for inbound customer queries, as well as transferring calls to the appropriate area.
  • Record customer information on internal systems
  • Work on a large Government account & Provide high level quality service to customer 
You will need to:
  • 7 hours a day, 35 hours a week Monday to Friday, work time - 7hrs within 7am-7pm
  • Customer Service background
  • Have excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service
  • Pass a full background check
  • Be an Australian Citizen
