- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
- Maintain courier booking system and ensure accurate customer details
- Coordinate with the logistics team for order distribution
- Process sales invoicing/credits and returns
- Maintain the customer database within the CRM, process and verify orders within ERP (SAP)
- Process Veeva sales orders/online orders/phone call orders in accordance with company commercial policy and campaign conditions
- Provide overall support of the sales team and back office team by answering phones, checking and replying to emails, greeting couriers as required
- Experience in a similar role is desirable
- Effective time management and strong organisational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to partner with others to achieve results
- Interest in the Medical Aesthetics or Facial Aesthetics industry is desirable
- Experience with SAP and ERP system knowledge is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexible thinking and ability to problem solve
