- Processing returns, damage claims and raising insurance claims
- Working closely with Sales Coordinator and entering all sales orders into system
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints
- Effectively communicating with both internal and external stockholders on the phone and via email
- Providing a high level of customer service from general enquiries to resolving customer issues
- Previous experience in a customer service / administration role
- Logistics knowledge or experience working in a warehouse environment highly regarded
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and passion to learn and succeed
- SAP Knowledge desirable
