Join a Big 4 Professional Services firm as a Customer Service Administrator on a 3-month ongoing contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a switched on and self-motivated professional with a strong Customer Service and Administration background who enjoys working in a fun, collaborative and vibrant team.

  • Minimal inbound and outbound calls to clients and other internal stakeholders to provide an efficient and effective operations experience
  • Follow internal policies to ensure that the operations service is consistent
