This opportunity is for a customer focused and enthusiastic individual keen to join a progressive organisation and a leader in the claims industry.
In this permanent role, you will have the option to work flexible full time hours Monday – Friday between the hours 8am – 6pm, taking inbound calls from new and existing existing clients updating them on their claim status - no sales at all.

- Assist the claims managers with their portfolio of claims
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customers receive timely and accurate updates
- Coordinate repairs with external providers
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy to callers in difficult situations
- Ensure customer information is up to date on the database
- Experience in an inbound or outbound customer service role
- Friendly, personable and compassionate personality
- Experience within the insurance and/or banking & finance industry is desirable
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and excellent time management
- Full working rights in Australia
