MAYDAY Recruitment is looking for an experienced phone-based Customer Service candidate who is looking forward to working within a busy and fun role at a forward thinking and ever growing company in North Ryde.

  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
  • North Ryde role close to train station and buses (no parking onsite) 
Tasks include:
  • Inbound calls from customers to deal with a variety of queries
  • Manage a portfolio of existing complaints- follow up and liaise with internal and external stakeholders until the issue is resolved
  • Speak to B2B and B2C customers
  • Outbound calls to take orders from regular existing clients - they are lovely and look forward to your call!
  • Advise on current promotions and offers
  • Data entry and order processing
  • Responding to customer queries via email
  • Fast, accurate work with excellent attention to detail 
  • Problem solving
The Ideal candidate will:
  • Have worked in a phone-based role previously
  • Love to provide top quality customer service
  • Have a true desire to help customers to find resolutions 
  • Enjoy being a part of a great team
