- Present products and services in a highly sensitive and caring manner
- Identify the best products and services for the customers on case-by-case basis
- Achieve sales targets and expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Prior experience working in customer service or an inbound sales role
- High level of initiative and integrity
- Empathetic and strong interpersonal skills and
- A highly organised, efficient and detail orientated individual
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
