In this role you will be responsible for:
- Training and leading a team of customer service staff
- Managing daily operations of the customer service department: ensuring good turnaround, consistent quality, and resolving escalated issues
- Delivering high quality customer service to support internal stakeholders
- Monitoring service quality through conducting performance and productivity management
- Assessing and analysing data and making reports to determine the level of customer service finding ways to improve satisfaction
- Developing and implementing customer service policies and standards
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational, administrative and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiating skills
- Understanding of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support and Production)
