MAYDAY are delighted to be recruiting a fantastic opportunity with a well-known Australian insurer, who would love a passionate Customer Service Manager to join their brand new Cannington branch. 

In this role you will be responsible for planning, directing and controlling the business development of the Branch with a strong focus on internal sales, personal selling and customer service of all members.

What will you be doing?   
  • Providing on going support to customers who visit the branch
  • Develop, coach and motivate branch employees in customer service, product knowledge and cross selling skills.
  • Exceed sales targets and operate within parameters of expense budget.
  • Manage the Branch in a professional and effective manner.
What experience would be great for this role?
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous team leader or manager experiences is desirable 
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills – MS Office, Outlook
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Customer service focused
