- 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- Work across a rotational roster between 7.30am - 6.00pm

- Deliver high quality customer service to support internal stakeholders and corporate customers across the state
- Act as a first point of contact for inbound calls, offering professionalism and enthusiasm to help
- Provide initial advise and direction in relation to finance, human resources and technical-systems related queries within a shared services customer service team
- Manage and maintain accurate records in a customer management system to ensure all queries are handled in a timely manner
- Maintain strong knowledge of policy, legislation and business process within a NSW Government department to ensure accurate information is provided to clients
- Ensure that customer service KPI's surrounding quality are adhered to
- Progress complex enquiries on to leadership and management teams for resolution
- Communicate with other areas of the business to gather information where required
- Maintain confidentiality and use discretion in the performance of all duties
- Experience in a customer or client service role is essential, ideally in a call centre environment is essential
- Exposure to NSW Government would be highly beneficial
- Candidates must be able to commit to the required duration of the assignment
- Candidates must be able to pass a full background check
- Candidates must be able to commence relatively immediately
- Must be able to commit to a rotational roster, Monday - Friday
- Please note, candidates will need to complete a typing test during our shortlisting stage
