MAYDAY are delighted to be recruiting a fantastic 12 month opportunity with a well-known Australian insurer, who would love a passionate Customer Service Officer to join their CBD based branch. This role will be pivotal to assisting customers with inquiries and providing an outstanding level of service.

What will you be doing?   
  • Providing on going support to customers who visit the branch
  • Tailor and up-sell packages that will support customer needs
  • Travel and provide on-going and ad-hoc cover at other NSW branches as well as interstate branches on an ad-hoc basis
  • Ensuring all insurance claims are processes correctly and in line with company policies
  • Cover absence within locate and state-wide branches
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required  
What experience would be great for this role?
  • Experience within a face to face customer service role, including retail or fitness
  • Experience up-selling
  • The ability to be flexible and work every other Saturday in Chadstow or Doncaster
  • Mandarin or Cantonese speaking - highly desirable 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A keen attitude towards travelling interstate
  • Love assisting customers to the best of your abilities
  • Great problem-solving skills
