What's in it for you:

- Work in a collaborative service centre in Gosford
- Monday to Friday working hours, 35 hours per week
- Rostered shifts between 8am - 7pm

- Act as a first point of contact for customers attending the centre
- Verify customer identification and process requests electronically
- Utilise internal databases and systems to ensure that customer information is accurate and compliant
- Maintain product and scheme knowledge in order to advise customers correctly
- Act as an advocate for the business, ensuring that customers are aware of other NSW Government initiatives
- Triage enquiries to different areas of the business as appropriate
- Experience in customer service and administration is essential
- Have excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Any exposure to processing customer applications would be beneficial
- Experience in digital customer service would be beneficial
- Can commit to the required duration of the assignment
- Candidates who are immediately available are preferred
- Candidates must be able to pass a full background check
- Experience in the use of IT systems and CRM's would be beneficial
- For this role the client requires candidates to be fully vaccinated, unless they can't be due to a protected attribute, such as a medical condition
