- Providing exceptional customer service via telephone, e-mail and live chat
- Create unique customer connections through building long lasting relationships
- Acting as a brand ambassador communicating, promoting and selling products to new and existing clients
- Ensuring customer requests are actioned in timely manner within allocated timeframes
- Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction and report on these findings
- Previous experience in a customer service / call centre role
- Must be able to ‘think on your feet’ in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and passion to learn and succeed
- Flexibility with working in shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required
