This role requires Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (PR).

- Work from home post-training, with equipment supplied
- Training will be conducted in the Parramatta offices for 2 weeks, 8:30am – 4:00pm
- Engaging role where you will assist customers via multiple mediums such as phone, email, online click-to-chat and more
- 7 hours per day, equal to 35 hours per week
- Shifts will be 5 days, across Monday to Sunday
- 24/7 rotating roster gives you work/life balance and the flexibility to get things done during normal work hours
- You will work the same shift time-slot for 1 month before changing
- Appropriate training provided to give you the knowledge you need to do the job fantastically
- There will always be something to do in this fast-paced environment
- Enjoy a varied role where you are able to take on new, exciting challenges as they arise
- Handle inbound calls, emails and online chat services
- Have quality conversations with consumers and business professionals who are seeking to understand products, processes and systems
- Resolve queries in a professional, friendly manner, and direct for how to find further information
- Handle complaints and escalate where necessary
- Action administrative tasks
- Research and analyse to find the best solution for more complex situations
- Keep records updated for each interaction
- Share ideas for process improvement as they arise
- Must be able to pass a police check
- Is able to start 3rd or 7th August
- Experienced in a phone-based customer service role
- Loves working in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment
- Is available to work a 24/7 rotating roster (7 hours/day) for 3 months
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Residency (PR) required
